Mohammad Sangar Amirzada has dedicated significant time to acquiring valuable experience and expertise in various domains. His work spans litigation, advocacy, peacebuilding, women’s rights, human rights, civil engagement, and social participation with both youth and the broader population. His extensive experience in engaging with new generation and young people, both socially and civilly, stands as a testament to his fourteen years of volunteer efforts and advocacy.
Since 2004, Amirzada has actively participated in peace initiatives, human rights advocacy, social, civil and cultural programs with a broad objective of establishing the narration of Afghanistan’s New Generation in civil, social, and decision-making of Afghanistan.
20 years down the line, fortunately the literature of Afghanistan’s New Generation in forehead affairs of Afghanistan is established which could be marked as testament of his fourteen years of volunteer efforts and advocacy.
Notably, Amirzada has held key positions, including Founder and Director of the Afghanistan Successful Youth Association (2005), Afghanistan Youth Coordination Council (2008), Afghanistan Youth National Coordination Center (2009). Additionally, he played a pivotal role in organizing the Afghanistan National Youth Conference in June 2011, where nearly 500 emerging youth leaders from all 34 provinces convened at the Salam Khana (Presidential Palace). The conference aimed to foster stability, youth engagement, and dialogue on critical national and international issues related to Afghanistan.
Amirzada is a founding member of the Afghanistan Rehabilitation and Growth Organization (ARG) and Roydad News Agency. He holds a BBA degree and he remains an influential figure in Afghan advocacy, human rights, social, civil society, and culture since 2004.
Mr. Amirzada has played a pivotal role in advancing civil society and human rights causes in Afghanistan. Despite the challenges faced after August 15, 2021, he remains committed to defending human rights and women’s rights, and strengthening the narration of Afghanistan New Generation in decision-making of Afghanistan.
Ehsanullah Hikmat has a Master degree in Business Administration with a Major in Management and B.A degree in Law and Political Science. He is the co-founder of Roydad News Agency and has been Editor in Chief of the agency since 2019. He is also a founding member of Afghanistan Rehabilitation and Growth Organization and has been the Executive Director of ARGO from 2019 to 2022. He has worked in various disciplines with several national and international organizations in managerial, program and advocacy fields for more than 11 years. His interest and dedication in academia enabled him to translate an election guide from Dari to Pashto entitled “An Electoral Guide for Young Candidates”. He has also conducted research entitled “The Role of social media in Realization of freedom of Speech – A case study of Kabul`s Private universities” which has been published in Pasto in Afghanistan.
Mr. Hikmat has actively participated in peace initiatives, human rights advocacy, social and cultural programs to support the broad objective of establishing the narration of Afghanistan’s New Generation in civil, social and cultural strata of Afghanistan. His dedication to acquiring valuable experience and expertise enabled him to play a pivotable role in forehead arenas. Mr. Hikmat has membership in various civil society organizations and volunteer institutes, such as Civil Society Joint Working Group-CSJWG, Afghanistan Journalists Support Organization and Emerging Civil Society Leaders Alumni Network.
He is currently a Founding Member of ARG, Co-Founder of Roydad News Agency, Head of Media and Communication Office of CGP and he is fluent in Pashto, Dari and English.
Mohammad Fahim Karimi holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with Major in Human Resources Management from Goa University – India. His Bachelor Degree is in English Language and Literature. He is the Executive Director of Afghanistan Rehabilitation and Growth Organization – ARGO and Deputy Head of Media and Communication Office of the Contact Group for Peace – CGP. Mr. Karimi has dedicated significant time to acquiring valuable experience and expertise in various domains. He has worked in various discipline with several national, international and government organizations for more than 10 years. His interest and intense knowledge of social and civil society enabled him to work with Afghanistan’s great youth institutions as Co-Founder, Secretary General and Leadership Member of Reform and Change Network, Co-Founder and Leadership Member of Civil Society Activists and Institutions Joint Working Group, Spokesperson and Head of Media and Communication Office of the Contact Group for Peace – CGP.
Mr. Karimi has actively participated in peace initiatives, human rights advocacy, social and cultural programs to support the broad objective of establishing the narration of Afghanistan’s New Generation in civil, social and cultural strata of Afghanistan. His dedication to acquiring valuable experience and expertise enabled him to play a pivotable role in forehead arenas.
Karimi’s interest and intense knowledge of research allows him to play a significant role in developing, conducting and publishing the research study “Conflict and Reconciliation of Afghanistan; A case study of youths and new generation demands” which has been published in three languages of English, Persian and Pashto in 2020. His article entitled “The Role of Coordination in Organizational Activities” was published in a time when youth-oriented organizations were facing with a huge dilemma and challenges of coordination. That could be marked a significant perspective in solving part of the challenge.
Notably, Mr. Karimi has been a member of academic community of Afghanistan; he is a University Lecturer of Management Faculty at Kateb University. He is currently working as Executive Director of ARG, Spokesperson and Head of Media and Communication Office of CGP, and University Lecturer of Kateb University. Karimi holds an MBA Degree and he is fluent in Dari, Pashto and English.
